50 Years of Expanding Your Horizons

In 1959 girls visited one on one with scientists at the University of Wisconsin- Madison about their careers. 50 years later, science mentoring and workshops are still going strong! This group formed the first Expanding Your Horizons (EYH), a national organization that brings girls and females in STEM together to learn about careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics.

Join Girlstart next April as a mentor and lead a fun, interactive workshop for girls at EYH Austin. Fill out the application here.  Help keep EYH going strong!

Check out the full article about EYH here.
